Sveikiname UAB „Philip Morris Lietuva” profesinę sąjungą po nelengvų derybų vakar pasirašius Kolektyvinę sutartį. Džiaugiamės sutartais papildomais priedais dirbant pagal suminę darbo darbo laiko apskaitą ir naktį, priedais už atostogas, ištarnautus metus, išmokas pirmokams, subsidijomis valgyklai, parama profsąjungos narių mokymui ir kt. Kolektyvinė sutartis galios visiems bendrovės darbuotojams 4 metus.
PML profesinė sąjunga jungia daugiau 50 proc. darbuotojų ir nuo 1992 metų yra Lietuvos maistininkų profesinės sąjungos (LMP) nare. PML profesinės sąjungos atstovas Europos darbo taryboje (EDT) Rolandas Kazlauskas kitą savaitę dalyvaus EDT posėdyje Budapešte. Posėdyje darbuotojų atstovai iš PMI Europos įmonių dalinsis savo patirtimi ir pasiekimais kolektyvinėse derybose. Kitą dieną vyks posėdis kartu su darbdavių atstovais.

Trade union Philip Morris Lietuva after 16 negotiations meetings chairman of the trade union Žydrūnas Mineikis and CEO of the company Johan Bink yesterday signed the Collective Agreement. We are pleased with the agreed additional supplements for working time and night work, holiday bonuses, benefits for the year of service. first-time benefits, canteens subsidies, support for trade union training, etc. The collective agreement will apply to all employees of the company for 4 years. PML trade union unites more than 50 percent of employees and since 1992 is a member of Lithuanian Trade Union of Food producers (LMP). Representative of the PML trade union at the European Works Council (EWC) Rolandas Kazlauskas and me will attend the EDT meeting in Budapest next week. Its very useful that PMI EWC representatives from European companies will share their experiences and achievements in collective bargaining at the meeting. The next day will be a joint meeting with the workers’ representatives.
